Delete your account
This page is for players of RAN Online: Forever (the website ranforever.com, the browser game, the PC client and the Android app "RAN Online: Forever"). One account is used everywhere, so deleting it removes it from every version of the game.
How to ask
- Log in below with the account you want to delete.
- Tick the box and send the request. It goes to our staff as a support ticket.
- Our staff reply in that ticket and delete the account within 30 days. You can follow the ticket under Support.
Forgot your password? Reset it first. No access to your account or e-mail any more? Message our Facebook page with your username; we will ask you to prove the account is yours before we delete anything.
Deleted
- Your account: username, password, security key and e-mail address
- All your characters, with their items, in-game money, skills, pets, friends and club membership
- Your remaining E-Points (not refunded)
- Your remembered devices
- Your support tickets and their screenshots
Kept
- Top-up records (amount, date, status, reference): kept as long as the law requires for payment records
- Login and server logs: kept for a limited time, then deleted with the regular log clean-up
- Crash reports and control-usage counts: they carry no account name or chat, so they stay
A deleted account cannot be brought back. Only want to remove one character? Delete it in the game at character select; your account stays.
Your request was sent.
Ticket is with our staff. They will reply in the ticket and delete the account within 30 days. Until then you can still play, or cancel the request by closing the ticket.
